Positions Available:

Per-Diem

Part-Time

Full-Time

Available Shifts:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact!

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care

Providing emotional and behavioral support

Assisting with community outings and activities

Encouraging independence and life skill development

Maintaining daily documentation and service notes

Creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment

Requirements

GED or High School Diploma required

NYC COVID vaccination card required

Minimum of 6 months experience working with the developmental disability population preferred

Experience may include:

• DSP work

• Residential/group home experience

• Day habilitation experience

• Family caregiving experience

Valid driver’s license may be required for many day and evening shifts.
