**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in scientific programming with C, C++, or similar languages on UNIX/Linux platforms
- Extensive knowledge of digital signal processing or communications theory
- Experience in CUDA and use of ICE Cards
- Competency in Modulation/Demodulation techniques
- A Top Secret/SCI security clearance; US Citizenship is required
**Preferred**
- Master’s or PhD in relevant fields
- Over 5 years of practical system development and team leadership experience
- Acquaintance with X-Midas or MATLAB
**Relevant Experience**
- Hands-on experience with satellite and cellular communications systems
- Knowledge of modern modulation schemes and interference cancellation
- Expertise in equalization, cyclostationary techniques, signal conditioning, and resampling
