At ViaQuest, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide essential, hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

No experience? No problem! We provide paid training to set you up for success.

We will be holding open interviews! Here are your pertinent details:

Time - 10am to 1pm

Location - 56104 National Rd. Bridgeport, OH 43912

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care and daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals in building independence, life skills, and confidence
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times
• Transport individuals to activities, appointments, and community outings

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to meet authorized driver criteria
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, etc.)
