Are you passionate about making a difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated team!
In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals to support their daily needs and help them thrive in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care and supervision to individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
Support individuals in developing positive habits, behavior management, and achieving service plan goals.
Transport individuals to and from appointments, training, and community outings.
Observe and report behavioral, physical, or medical changes.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
Encourage participation in exercises, hobbies, and community-based activities.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or official transcript.
Valid Driver’s License.
Active car insurance.
