Salary & Benefits:
$3500 Sign-On Bonus for New Hires! (paid in 2 installments at 3 months and 6 months with successful completion of Orientation)
$1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff!
$20.40 an hour or $21.42 with MAP Certification

Schedule:
Sunday-3pm-11pm, Monday-2pm-11pm,Friday-2pm-11pm, Saturday-9am-11pm-(40 hours per week)
Essential Job Functions:
+ Actively Advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agency’s values and mission in all interactions
+ Leveraging your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life
+ Implement Individual Service Plans
+ Assist individuals with Activities of Daily living, including household tasks and chores
+ Assist individuals with appointments, including driving the Agency’s van
+ Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interaction
+ Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work
+ Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written
Qualifications:
+ Highschool diploma or GED
+ Active and valid driver’s license
+ Ability to pass background checks
+ Ability to lift to 50lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing
+ Ability to assist in a restraint if needed
+ Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred
