Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Willow Grove, PA 19090 (N York Rd) based on experience Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support to individuals with special needs in a residential home setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients during community outings and appointments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
- Promote independence and dignity for all individuals served
Available Shifts:
Shift 1 – Every Other Weekend 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Shift 2 – Weekdays Monday & Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Shift 3 – Overnight Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Shift 4 – Overnight/Weekend Thursday & Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in a similar role preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must pass background checks and required clearances
