DSP Site Supervisor

Location: Tinley Park (THRIVE) Day Program

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, Days

Pay Rate: $21- $23/hour

Are you a compassionate leader who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? CTF Illinois is looking for an organized, motivated, and caring professional to join our team as a DSP Site Supervisor at our Tinley Park Day Program. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team while helping create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no on-call responsibilities.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), including participating in hiring, training, and staff development.
  • Monitor DSP performance and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Advocate for the people we support by ensuring their needs, preferences, and personal goals are respected and their voices are heard.
  • Accurately track and report monthly attendance and payroll information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Human Resources, Nursing, and Case Management, to support the success and well-being of the people we serve.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming program environment.
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are safe, available, and in good working condition.
  • Promote a positive team culture and help foster strong staff morale.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with staff and the people we support.
  • Previous DSP training experience preferred.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
