Summary/Objective
The DSP Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while providing direct supervision, training, and support to team members. This role ensures efficient production, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Major Work Duties
Essential Job Functions
Warehouse Operations
Perform general warehouse duties, including sorting, cleaning, weighing, packaging, and processing products
Unpack bulk materials and prepare items for production or shipment
Conduct quality audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with work orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all department procedures and work instructions
Documentation & Administrative Tasks
Record daily payroll in the companys payroll system
Complete required tracking forms and documentation for individuals served
Maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Ensure confidentiality of all client and organizational information
Team Leadership & Training
Train and support team members in production tasks and workplace expectations
Provide ongoing coaching to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture
Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues and team performance
Safety & Compliance
Follow and enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Maintain and support safety programs, ensuring continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements
Address and escalate workplace concerns or incidents appropriately
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise and support crew members in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines
Ensure proper implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) at the worksite
Complete required reporting, including incident and regulatory documentation
Communicate relevant updates or concerns to appropriate stakeholders
Ensure all required documentation and reporting is completed accurately and timely
Qualifications
Required
* High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Regular and reliable attendance
Preferred
Previous warehouse or production experience
Experience in a supervisory or training role
Familiarity with compliance or regulatory environments
Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying noise levels, machinery, and production activity.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly
Ability to use hands for repetitive tasks
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods

Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM 3:30 PM (approximate hours)
