Part-Time DSP Team Lead

Location: Manassas, VA 20110
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM


About the Role:
 Guardian Residential Services LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced DSP Team Lead to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a DSP Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

Support morning routines

•  Assist with showers and personal care 
•  Support medication administration 
•  Prepare and serve breakfast 
•  Complete InspectAlign quality-assurance tasks 
•  Audit required documentation 
•  Complete grocery shopping 
•  Support the Program Manager 
•  Attend community outings and appointments 
•  Promote safety, dignity, and independence 
•  Communicate concerns and incomplete tasks promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals with disabilities, their families, and other team members
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and behavioral support techniques
