DT Program Manager

We are looking for DT Program Manager in Santa Clara, CA- Hybrid Mode

FTE- $130-140K per Annum

Subcon- 70$ per hr

Project objective: Create a track to analyze SURF impacts and applications that use opportunity, quote, or contract data. Engage with the impacted teams and align on the necessary changes.

The work is technically not complex, but it is quite wide (many teams).

Output:

• detailed inventory of the surf dependencies and applications that use opportunity, quote, or contract data (unwind 10 years of tribal knowledge )
• solution alignment across all parties for each dependency
• plan for a plan (to be executed in alignment with SOM)

Required Experience/Qualifications

Skills + experience:

Ability to engage with SMEs and translate impacts

Functional decomposition to break down vague asks

Facilitating working sessions and alignment meetings

Dependency identification and tracking

Documenting technical and business process dependencies

Risk-based prioritization of scope items

Maintaining a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Synthesizing technical discussions into higher level summaries

Planning handoff between analysis and execution (handover to SOM-aligned planning)

Milestone tracking and health reporting
