Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive DTG Printer Operator to support our Distribution team in producing high-quality printed garments in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
This individual will operate automated digital printing equipment, perform garment preparation and quality checks, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently according to production schedules and established standards.
Key Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Print garments while maintaining accuracy and production goals and following SOPs and productivity tracking requirements.
Perform DTG-related tasks, including but not limited to picking and staging orders, inspecting garments, and drying garments.
Set up and operate DTG machinery, including but not limited to DTG printers, pad printers, and garment dryers.
Review job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, and special printing instructions.
Inspect printed garments for quality issues, including streaking, fading, off-center or crooked prints, ink damage or stains, holes, and other defects.
Perform basic machine maintenance and calibration as required for each impression.
Follow daily production schedules and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Adapt to changing products and business needs with minimal or no advance notice.
Work overtime when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with other program or project-level tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Photoshop.
Experience with WMS, WSS, Merchandise Management, and/or Inventory Management Systems is a plus.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business SOPs and processes.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of experience in a production environment.
Experience with DTG printing is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
On-site position in a typical warehouse environment with moderate noise exposure.
Ability to perform medium-sized physical labor, including lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching while working in a warehouse environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs.
Ability to occasionally climb or balance and kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to distinguish colors and inspect materials on products.
