  • Track absences, late arrivals, and scheduling changes
  • Identify and communicate concerns related to underutilization or inconsistencies

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Day Support staff, GSE staff, and Program Managers
  • Ensure communication between teams is clear, timely, and consistent
  • Help staff stay informed on schedules, protocols, and participant needs

Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate with families, support coordinators, residential providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain consistent communication across all service areas

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Support compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS Licensure, and CARF standards

  • Help maintain the integrity and quality of participant records

Operational Support

  • Assist with participant arrivals/departures and scheduling coordination
  • Provide cross-program support during staffing shortages
  • Cross-train in both Day Support and GSE operations
  • Substitute for ECHO drivers when needed
