As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead a dynamic restaurant environment that brings together two iconic brands under one roof. You'll coach and develop Team Members, support operational excellence, and help deliver outstanding hospitality across both the Applebee's and IHOP dining experiences. Whether leading a breakfast rush, a dinner service, or everything in between, you'll play an important role in building a culture where people thrive.
