The Dual Group Sales Manager is responsible for growing target accounts and nurturing existing client relationships to meet sales goals for three Atlanta-area select service hotels, including Aloft Savannah and Fairfield Inn & Suites Savannah.
They perform proactive sales activities such as outside calls, trade shows, and site visits, building long-term trust with clients, GSO, and peers. Key duties include exceeding sales targets, developing new business, coordinating FAMs and events, and collaborating with on-property teams.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure. A bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of sales experience, preferably with Marriott or Hilton brands, are required. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is necessary.
