CERTIFICATED ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR POSITION: Dual Immersion Transitional Kindergarten Teacher LOCATION: Lincoln Elementary School SALARY RANGE: $72,375.62 - $145,460.06: With correct placement on Certificated Salary Schedule. A maximum of ten years prior teaching experience is allowable provided the experience has been in a public school system. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, no later than 4:00 pm
Requirements / Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must hold or qualify for a Multiple Subject Credential issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing authorizing service as a teacher in the above position. In addition, must hold or qualify for a Bilingual Authorization (BASP or BCLAD) in Spanish. Education: Bachelor's Degree, including all courses needed to meet credential requirements. MUST meet one of the following to service TK students: • Child Development Site Supervisor Teacher Permit or PK - 3 Early Childhood Education Specialist Instruction Credential issued by CTC • At least 24 units in early childhood education, or childhood development, or both • Professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool age children comparable to the 24 units of education
