Pay Range: $20-$24/hour, based on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours | Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license
• Ability to qualify under our company vehicle insurance
• Experience in duct cleaning is preferred, but not required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
• Basic understanding of safe tool and ladder use
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Key Position Responsibilities

• Perform professional air duct cleaning in customers'' homes
• Inspect ductwork and HVAC components during service
• Complete basic maintenance related to duct-cleaning appointments
• Set up and safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment
• Access attics, crawl spaces, and other confined work areas
• Keep work areas clean and protect customers'' homes
• Walk customers through the service being performed
• Complete daily paperwork and timecards accurately
• Represent Air Flo Heating Co in a friendly and professional manner
