DUCTZ of South Central PA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Manheim, PA. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in the air quality and comfort of homes and businesses throughout the region. Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial HVAC air duct cleaning using industry-standard equipment
Inspect, clean, and sanitize ductwork, vents, grilles, and HVAC system components
Operate negative air machines, rotary brushes, and vacuum equipment safely and effectively
Identify and communicate potential issues such as mold, damage, or leaks to customers and supervisors
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions on-site
Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and service vehicles
Complete job documentation, checklists, and service reports accurately
Requirements:
Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or a related trade preferred
Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a customer-first attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to work occasional weekends and travel to job sites as needed.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Time commitment of 36 to 40 hours per week
