Key Job Responsibilities

• Fabricate HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal components
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials to specification
• Operate fabrication equipment, including rollers, brakes, and other shop machinery
• Assemble and seal duct sections for commercial HVAC systems
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the shop organized

What We''re Looking For

• At least 2 years of HVAC ductwork or sheet metal fabrication experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using forklifts and fabrication equipment
• Welding experience is helpful, but not required
• Valid driver''s license with an insurable record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in a ventilated, non-air-conditioned shop
• Commitment to safety and dependable attendance
