Due Diligence Leads own and manage end-to-end diligence processes across financial, operational, commercial, legal, and technical workstreams. The role requires strong analytical judgment, project management skills, and the ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, decision-ready insights.
These roles often involve close collaboration with investment teams, corporate development, external advisors, and senior leadership throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate full-scope due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions
Define diligence objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables across functional areas
Oversee financial, operational, commercial, customer, and technology diligence efforts
Manage internal teams and external advisors (consultants, accountants, legal counsel)
Review and challenge financial statements, forecasts, valuation models, and assumptions
Identify key risks, red flags, value drivers, and potential mitigation strategies
Synthesize diligence findings into executive summaries, investment memos, and presentations
Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and investment committee discussions
Assist with post-transaction planning, integration readiness, and risk mitigation planning
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong background in due diligence, transaction analysis, or strategic finance
Experience in private equity, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory
Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and deal mechanics
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams under tight deadlines
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and risk assessment capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making confidence
