    Description

    The Department of Neurology at Duke is seeking a board eligible/board certified Epileptologist to join its expanding outpatient neurology practice located directly in highly desired Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.  Fellowship trained and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.  Candidates with expertise in stereo EEG or advanced ICU EEG will be given priority.

    • The position will be based across clinic locations in Durham and Raleigh, depending on divisional needs
    • The physician will provide a mix of outpatient care and inpatient epilepsy services, including coverage of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and EEG interpretation, as determined by the Division Chief.
    • Successful candidate will a collaborative academic epilepsy practice environment that is closely linked with Duke University’s incredibly rich academic environment.
    • Clinical responsibilities will include outpatient clinic sessions (focused on epilepsy), EMU and/or ICU EEG service weeks, and routine EEG reading.
