Dump Truck Driver

Description:

Job Duties:

• Maintains radio or telephone contact with base or supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location
• Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
• Keeps record of materials and products transported.
• Cleans, inspects, and services vehicle
• Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
• Assists in loading and unloading truck manually.
• Willingly attend and support Foremen/Superintendents during morning huddles and toolbox talks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Certifications

• Valid DOT Card
• Current Driver’s License
• CDL – Class B or Class A (depending on type of truck driver)
• Endorsements: Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement (depending on type of truck driver)
• Clean Driving Record
