Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to support our heavy highway paving and hauling operations. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering asphalt, aggregates, and other materials to and from job sites in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dump trucks to haul asphalt, stone, and other construction materials

• Safely load and unload materials at plants, job sites, and dumpsites

• Communicate with paving crew and plant operators to coordinate material delivery

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

• Maintain accurate delivery and load records

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating dump trucks, preferably in paving or heavy highway projects

• Knowledge of safe dumping procedures around paving equipment and construction crews

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

Compensation: Based on experience $22-25/hr + benefits
