Dump Truck Driver

The dump truck driver for Pile ‘Em Up Hauling Service is a highly appreciated member of the team! As an important member of our team, you would be responsible for hauling all construction materials (both commercial and residential) throughout the Southeastern United States.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to operate a dump truck and pick up materials from various jobs
• Follow specific routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating dump truck
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules
• Follow company safety procedures to ensure safe delivery of materials

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) class A or B with a clean driving record
• Experience operating dump trucks (at least 2 years’ experience)
• Knowledge of construction site safety and road safety regulations
• Great time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Successfully pass the DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
