Overview:
- The Process Dumper is responsible for unloading product from oven screens, maintaining proper product identification, and ensuring products are organized and accurately placed into collection tubs. This role supports production flow while following safety, quality, and GMP standards. Job Duties:
- Communicate with outgoing and incoming shifts regarding product status and production updates.
- Review work area for safety concerns and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow supervisor direction on product dumping priorities.
- Remove products from oven screens and place them into designated collection tubs.
- Maintain accurate product identification and organization.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies.
- Assist with cold-room operations as needed.
- Perform routine housekeeping and remove waste from work areas. Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Regularly lift up to 10-50 lbs
- Stand, walk, reach, push, pull, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
