Start Rate: $28.25/hr.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Use the time and extend the impact of the Senior Director of Casino Operations by coordinating many daily activities and responsibilities through an understanding of the executive's job, work methods, priorities, procedures and staff at all levels.

Primary Tasks:

  • You will coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Manage calendar and office activities, schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Manage departmental requisitions, timekeeping data, and other daily business affairs.
  • Organize and expedite the flow of work through the executive's office.
  • You will prepare complex special reports including gathering and summarizing confidential data.
  • Establish confidential files and records.
  • Compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.
  • Follow-up with team members on behalf of the executive.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business or a position-related field of study and five [5] years of progressive and comprehensive administrative support to a department-level manager, or seven [7] years of directly related experience in lieu of education
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet
  • Excellent written and speech to influence individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
