Duty Manager | The Auburn Hotel

The Auburn Hotel is growing and we're looking for a new Duty Manager to join the team. This is a great next step for someone ready to build their hospitality career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Established in 1888, the Auburn Hotel blends historic charm with modern comfort. Formerly known as the Geebung Polo Club, we've returned to our original name and are stepping into an exciting new chapter.

As Duty Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team on shift, and ensuring every guest has a great experience. You'll play a key role in keeping the venue running smoothly, from service standards to staff supervision and customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management
• Experience working in a high-volume food & beverage venue
• Experience working in a fast-paced venue
• Be able to work as part of time and autonomously
• Have a passion for live music, entertainment and comedy!
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
• Previous experience with H&L desirable but not necessary
• Current RSA
