Drive Operational Excellence Initiatives for Unit 3, FHP & Stamping, Goa ? Support development and deployment of the CG EDGE Roadmap. ? Conduct diagnostic studies to identify improvement opportunities in productivity, cost, quality, and customer experience. ? Facilitate Kaizen events, process redesign workshops and continuous improvement initiatives. ? Lead and sustain Daily Management practices using standard tools and templates ? Act as the plant-level execution arm for Business Operational Excellence ? Conduct 5S audits and ensure timely follow-ups for issue resolution ? Facilitate Simple Problem Solving (SPS) activities ?
