Drive Operational Excellence Initiatives for Unit 3, FHP & Stamping, Goa ? Support development and deployment of the CG EDGE Roadmap. ? Conduct diagnostic studies to identify improvement opportunities in productivity, cost, quality, and customer experience. ? Facilitate Kaizen events, process redesign workshops and continuous improvement initiatives. ? Lead and sustain Daily Management practices using standard tools and templates ? Act as the plant-level execution arm for Business Operational Excellence ? Conduct 5S audits and ensure timely follow-ups for issue resolution ? Facilitate Simple Problem Solving (SPS) activities ? Identify high-impact Kaizen opportunities and ensure timely closure of actions ? Standardize and sustain approved Kaizen improvements ? Drive Autonomous Maintenance initiatives across the plant ? Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and control mechanisms.
