Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide customized solutions.Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to identify sales opportunities and offer relevant insurance products.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Allstate's insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and encourage policy renewals.Networking: Build a network of leads through community events, referrals, and partnerships.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals.


Requirements

Licensing: Possession of or ability to obtain required licenses within the designated timeframe.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
