Requirements
7 or more years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE architecture and enterprise case management solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform development including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
Experience with integrating Azure Logic Apps, RESTful APIs, OData, and SharePoint Online services.
Experience in designing robust Dataverse schemas, complex business process flows, and custom system connectors.
Experience with establishing Application Lifecycle Management and CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps.
Experience in enforcing strict data loss prevention policies and security controls within GCC environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to mentor technical staff and engage stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable Dynamics 365 Case Management applications across regulated enterprise environments.
Engineer custom model-driven and canvas applications utilizing Dataverse and Power Platform best practices.
Develop complex system integrations and automated workflows leveraging Azure Logic Apps and REST APIs.
Execute seamless continuous integration and deployment pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps version control.
Establish comprehensive environment governance, field-level security protocols, and data protection policies.
Perform root-cause analysis and system troubleshooting to optimize platform performance and reliability.
Create detailed technical standard operating procedures and provide extensive mentorship to internal teams.
