Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst – Dynamics 365 Systems Architect to provide advanced application development, integration, architecture, and technical support for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform environments. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, testing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, data architecture, and infrastructure and application support, along with the ability to lead technical project activities and translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform environments.

·         Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and integrations.

·         Lead and participate in project activities throughout the full application lifecycle, including:

·         Requirements gathering

·         Planning

·         Analysis

·         Technical design

·         Development

·         Testing

·         Implementation

·         Documentation

·         Maintenance

·         Provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

·         Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including system integrations and authentication.

·         Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.

·         Support application integrations using APIs and related technologies.

·         Utilize Microsoft Azure services to support application development, integration, and infrastructure requirements.

·         Utilize Azure DevOps for development, source control, CI/CD, and release management activities.

·         Define, communicate, and manage technical change and release management processes for Dynamics 365-related technology initiatives.

·         Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

·         Prepare detailed technical instructions, documentation, reports, and presentations.

·         Communicate technical terminology and complex concepts at a level appropriate for the intended audience.

·         Identify technical risks and issues and develop appropriate solutions.

·         Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, including issues that require resolution under high-pressure conditions.

·         Provide infrastructure, network, and application support as needed.

·         Perform data architecture activities and contribute to enterprise data design.

·         Lead or support technical customer service and application support activities.

·         Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of application releases and modifications.

·         Resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner while identifying optimal solutions.

Required Skills

·         5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

·         3+ years of architect-level experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.

·         5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.

·         5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.

·         3+ years of data architecture experience.

·         5+ years of infrastructure, network, and application support experience.

·         5+ years of extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, and application support.

·         5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst or in a comparable technical customer support role.

·         Strong experience designing and documenting technical architectures spanning multiple platforms and integrations.

·         Strong understanding of CI/CD and release management practices.

·         Experience with APIs and enterprise application integrations.

·         Microsoft Azure platform experience.

·         Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to analyze requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.

·         Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments and manage highly complex assignments.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to prepare clear, concise, and detailed technical documentation.

·         Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Bachelor’s degree required.

·         Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification is desirable.

·         Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certification is desirable.

·         Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification is desirable.

·         ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
