Experience with designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments (7+ years);
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning;
Experience with integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData;
Experience with ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution-based deployment between environments;
Experience with application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role-based access, field-level security, auditing, and DLP policies.
Preferred:
Experience with FedRAMP and CJIS considerations in Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments;
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and modern UX practices;
Experience with application and data security best practices across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification (or closely related current certification);
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certification (or closely related current certification);
Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification (or closely related current certification);
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 Case Management and Power Platform solutions in a GCC environment;
Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, business process flows, and security roles;
Develop Power Automate flows, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors for system integrations and automation, including SharePoint Online document management;
Establish ALM practices using Azure DevOps, including branching, solution management, pipelines, and release coordination;
Implement and enforce environment governance, data policies, DLP, application security, and access controls aligned to GCC standards;
Implement monitoring and telemetry, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis and remediation;
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs, and train staff on solution usage and support.
