Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Omni Channel Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Custom Modules) applications.
Level 2 and Level 3 support
Problem Management, Incident Management
Change Request
Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop enhancements to the Dynamics 365 platform.
Break-Fix
API development and updating existing ones in D365
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, integrations (Docu Sign), SSIS, Kingsway soft
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, external vendors) to gather and validate technical requirements.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in supporting and developing applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Omni Channel Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Custom Modules).
Strong knowledge in Customization, Configuration of D365 CRM
Knowledge in XRM tool box, Java Script
Ready to work in Shifts
Hands-on experience with Kingsway Soft with SSIS
Knowledge Azure Data Factory
Managing Azure Devops Pipelines
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules.? Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
Knowledge of Azure Data Services, Power BI, or other cloud platforms is a plus
