Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Platform development, integrations, and modern DevOps practices within enterprise environments.

Candidates must have previous experience supporting  Education Agency (EA) applications or another Federal, State, or Local Education Agency for at least 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Develop and customize Power Platform Model-Driven Applications.

• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security models.

• Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and server-side extensions.

• Build client-side customizations using JavaScript and form scripting.

• Develop custom PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

• Design and implement ETL processes using Power Platform Dataflows.

• Configure and develop Power Pages solutions.

• Integrate Power BI dashboards and embedded reporting.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with developers in a shared Git-based development environment.

• Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Produce technical design documents, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Support enterprise application lifecycle management and ongoing enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of software development experience.

• Hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Experience building Model-Driven Apps.

• Strong knowledge of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security model.

• Experience developing C# plugins and server-side extensions.

• Experience with JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs.

• Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment.

• Experience working with shared codebases, pull requests, branching strategies, and merge conflict resolution.

• Experience developing PCF controls.

• Experience integrating Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Experience developing Power Pages.

• Experience building ETL solutions using Power Platform Dataflows.

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting  Any Education Agency (EA) or another Federal, State, or Local Education Agency.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: PL-400 Power Platform Developer

• Microsoft Certified: PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect

• Experience supporting enterprise government CRM implementations.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD automation.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
