Role Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with deep functional expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will lead business transformation initiatives, define end-to-end CRM solution architecture, and provide strategic guidance for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership to design scalable, customer-centric solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Customer Insights, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Consulting
  • Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis
  • Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
  • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle

  • Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
Strong expertise in:
