Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, CRM architecture, integrations, customization, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
•Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
•Lead solution architecture, technical design, customization, configuration, and implementation.
•Define CRM architecture, integration patterns, data models, security, and deployment strategies.
•Provide technical leadership to Dynamics CRM developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
•Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and integration platforms.
•Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, design specifications, and best practices.
•Oversee CRM customization using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, Data verse, and custom APIs.
•Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
•Support Power Platform solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse.
•Participate in technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
•Lead Dynamics 365 upgrades, migrations, environment strategy, and release management.
•Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, source control, automated deployments, and environment management.
Required Skills
•12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
•Strong hands-on experience with:
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules)
Data verse
Power Apps
Power Automate
Plugins and Custom APIs
JavaScript / TypeScript
.NET / C#
REST / SOAP APIs
•Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, security roles, business units, and solution management.
•Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
•Experience designing enterprise-level integrations and distributed solutions.
•Strong knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Dynamics 365 deployment strategies.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
