Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst to join our team . The selected candidate will work a hybrid schedule, consisting of two days onsite (Mondays and Tuesdays) each week and three (3) days remotely each week.

This employee provides application development/integration services supporting multiple government agencies. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of an established System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing, and deployment of application releases, updates, and modifications.

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms.

As a Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and leading the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Skillset:

• 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
• Architect Experience 3+ years
• Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 5+ years
• Microsoft Azure platform experience
• Azure DevOps 5+ years
• Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years
• Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
• Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
• CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
• Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.

• Abilities to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Abilities to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
• Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.

• Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years
• Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5+ years

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
