Position: Programmer Analyst 6 – Dynamics 365 Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite per Week) Duration: 12+Months Contract (Possible Extension) Interview Process: Virtual Req ID: 158495 Job Description The State of Michigan is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Systems Architect / Programmer Analyst 6 to support enterprise application development and integration initiatives for multiple state agencies. This role will focus on the design, development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in a hybrid cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications Lead technical architecture, integration, and implementation efforts across multiple platforms Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Support application releases, updates, deployments, and production maintenance activities Develop and manage Power Platform solutions including Power Automate and Power Pages Design and document technical architecture including authentication and system integrations Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 environments Collaborate with infrastructure, application support, and development teams Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues under pressure Support CI/CD and release management processes using Azure DevOps Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout project lifecycles Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and application support 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps 5+ years of infrastructure, network, and application support experience 5+ years of experience in technical customer service and support Experience with Power Automate and Power Pages Experience designing and documenting enterprise technical architectures Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Database architecture experience Experience with APIs and Azure integrations Experience with CI/CD and release management practices Familiarity with State government environments and methodologies Best Regards, Salman Alam IT Recruiter||Syntricate Technologies Inc.
