Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Dynamics 365 Technical Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role ensures technical integrity, scalability, and alignment with business objectives while serving as a key advisor for architecture decisions. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) architecture and customization. Expertise in Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure services. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK. Knowledge of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security models. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Qualification(s) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to AS 400 programs and technologies Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Essential Job Functions Design and document technical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions. Lead integration strategies with external systems using APIs, Fabric, and Azure services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and functional requirements. Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies. Maintain architecture diagrams and governance frameworks. Leadership Responsibilities Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for Dynamics 365 projects. Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants. Influence strategic technology decisions and solution roadmaps. Preferred Experience and Skills 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and development. Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple streams of work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requires extended periods of computer use and virtual collaboration. Work Environment This is a 100% in office role. Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
