Position Overview

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Dynamics Consultant & CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead to support the design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving projects, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, developing Dynamics CRM/365 customizations, integrating external systems, and supporting the full software development lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, business vision, technical leadership, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with architects, technical leads, developers, and program stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services.
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Dynamics CRM/365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, functional requirements, and design documentation for customizations and enhancements.
  • Install, set up, and configure Dynamics 365 and associated applications.
  • Develop and support Dynamics 365 CRM and portal solutions.
  • Build and customize solutions using Custom Workflow Activities, C# plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps, and Power Platform components.
  • Integrate external systems with Dynamics 365 using APIs, Azure services, and related integration technologies.
  • Work with Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, portals, Azure Data Lakes, and data warehouse solutions.
  • Review proposed developer implementations and identify efficient, scalable, and maintainable designs.
  • Collaborate with delivery architects, technical leads, and developers to ensure solutions align with predefined architecture, design standards, and Microsoft-recommended best practices.
  • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure access controls, security profiles, policies, and platform restrictions meet business and organizational requirements.
  • Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, third-party applications, and custom development.
  • Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with program stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in requirements collection and software application development.
  • 12+ years of software development lifecycle experience.
  • 10+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM and portal development experience.
  • 8+ years of Azure development experience.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  • 2+ years of Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience developing wireframes and mockups using Figma or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, development, and integration.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform development, including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, PowerApps Portals, and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Expertise in Custom Workflow Activities, C# plugins, JavaScript, HTML, and API-based development.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, portals, Azure Data Lakes, and data warehouse environments.
  • Experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Ability to create functional requirements, technical designs, wireframes, mockups, and implementation documentation.
  • Ability to review technical designs and developer implementations for efficiency, quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of cloud-based Power BI business intelligence experience.
  • Experience leading CRM, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 development teams.
  • Experience advising stakeholders on complex business cases and enterprise application solutions.
  • Experience with third-party application integration and Dynamics 365 extensibility.
  • Experience supporting government, public-sector, or human services technology programs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-recommended best practices for Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and deployment.

 

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
