Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Dynamics Functional Analyst Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will lead CRM transformation initiatives by driving requirements gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops to deliver successful business outcomes.

Rate Range: $55/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Dynamics Functional Analyst Lead Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end CRM transformation initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, testing, and go-live.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define business processes, CRM strategy, and solution requirements.

• Create detailed functional specifications and translate business needs into actionable solutions for development teams.

• Conduct gap-fit analysis and recommend improvements aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely sprint delivery and quality outcomes.

• Provide functional leadership and guidance on D365 CRM Sales, Service, Customer Insights, and Copilot capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM Consulting, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Service, Customer Insights, and CRM functional processes.

• Experience leading end-to-end CRM transformation projects, including requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, stakeholder workshops, and Agile delivery.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
