Since 1919, AMACO has equipped makers and classrooms with safe, high‑quality ceramic materials and equipment. As a third‑generation, family‑owned manufacturer and a founding member of the Arts and Creative Materials Institute, our legacy blends craftsmanship with innovation. At our Brickyard manufacturing site, we’re seeking a Dynamics NAV ERP Operations Coordinator to orchestrate the data, materials, and documentation that keep our ceramic production humming.
Morning starts with a quick scan of production orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV: you release paperwork, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and flag material shortages. Midday, you’re the go‑to liaison for NAV issues—fielding questions, troubleshooting reporting quirks, and coordinating upgrades. In the afternoon, you’ll verify replenished items landed in the right bins, receive parts into stock, and sync with Accounts Payable to reconcile order details. Throughout, you partner with Supply Chain and floor teams to keep lead times on target.
You’ll spend extended periods standing and moving on the production floor, with some heavy lifting in a hot environment.
