Position: Dynatrace Senior Engineer

Location : Toronto

Mode of Work : Hybrid (3 days a week)

This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire a Dynatrace Senior Engineer

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace Senior Engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of monitoring, log analytics, automation, and integration solutions using Dynatrace.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implement Synthetic Monitoring, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and reporting solutions.
• Support log migration, ingestion pipelines, and query conversion activities.
• Develop automation for onboarding, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Support ServiceNow integration, SLO/SLA monitoring, and reliability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot performance, monitoring, and ingestion-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills :

• 5-8 years of experience in Dynatrace, Observability, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Strong experience with Synthetic Monitoring, Grail, and DQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, scripting, and monitoring migrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience.

The pay range for this role is CAD 95,000 - CAD 117,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
