Job Summary
The E-Commerce Assistant Manager supervises, manages, and coordinates production and online sales activities for an internet retail store selling donated and new goods. This role supports the E-Commerce Store Manager in all aspects of eCommerce operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, online merchandising, and customer service.

Supervisory Duties
This position directly supervises eCommerce Associates and production staff in accordance with HOT Goodwills policies and applicable laws. In the absence of the E-Commerce Store Manager, the Assistant Manager assumes full supervisory responsibility for the department. Responsibilities include directing and prioritizing work, providing coaching and feedback, administering disciplinary action, and ensuring staff compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
