Job Summary

The E-Commerce Associate supports the daily operations of the E-Commerce department by assisting with inventory management, product processing, and order fulfillment.This role helps ensure online inventory is accurate, orders are handled efficiently, and organizational quality and safety standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while supporting Goodwill's mission, values, and service standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform inventory control tasks, including receiving, verifying, organizing, and reconciling merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Process products for online sales by preparing, labeling, and cataloging items according to established procedures
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, organizational policies, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Demonstrate professionalism and positive teamwork while upholding Goodwill's mission, values, and customer service expectations
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient workflow
  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional E-Commerce tasks or projects as assigned

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to frequent interruptions with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

Medium Physical Demand
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle merchandise and equipment
