Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday day time hours

Targeted Pay Range: $15-18 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

The E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist delivers a high-quality customer experience by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues throughout the order lifecycle. This role ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment, identifies and resolves payment, inventory, and system-related issues, and collaborates with store and distribution center teams to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
