Who We're Hiring For
Our client is an established, Maine-based consumer goods brand navigating a robust dropship and e-commerce landscape. They have a strong national retail presence and are actively optimizing their digital sales channels.
Why This Role Exists
This position exists to ensure the seamless execution of our client's dropship and e-commerce programs. You will be the operational backbone of these channels, serving as the primary point of contact for existing B2B accounts to guarantee order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and overall account health.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day dropship and e-commerce operations to maintain accurate inventory and order feeds.
- Coordinate with existing dropship and e-commerce accounts to manage communications and ensure order follow-through.
- Track order life cycles and account health to provide a high level of B2B customer satisfaction.
- Support inside sales efforts with existing accounts to foster relationship growth and seamless program management.
