• Help improve warehouse accuracy, organization, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, logistics, or similar warehouse experience required
• Experience working with a WMS or fulfillment software
• Experience processing shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar systems
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
• Ability to work both on the warehouse floor and on a computer throughout the day

Experience with ShipHero, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar e-commerce/fulfillment platforms is highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who wants to grow beyond a traditional warehouse role. The ideal candidate is hands-on, professional, dependable, comfortable with technology, and interested in developing a long-term career in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.
