Summary Job Description: This job plays an important role in getting our inventory of various electronic items ready to be placed on e-commerce sites such as eBay and our own retail websites. We use an inventory management system called Makor and a selling platform called SellerCloud that is used to input pertinent information about the item so that we can list them on eBay and other websites. Essentially, this role consists of the following tasks: - Oversight of the E-commerce department:
- Validates e-commerce's electronic inbound queue
- At all times, manager is aware of and responsible for meeting SLA timelines associated with the queue
- Develops and maintains synergy with both the Refurb as well as Audit & Testing department managers, leveraging the inbound inventory to maximize overall profitability
- Creates, documents & maintains procedures for work orders, testing, inventorying, and quality control of all material classes the department is responsible to process (training site)
- Manage the documentation of 'cut-line' for all relevant classes. Responsible for communicating 'cut-line' information within the department
- Manage customer's material to ensure accurate allocation of value to the correct customer's account
- Complete and disseminate weekly status report (no later than 14 hours prior to weekly status meeting)Total Revenue per week by store
Marketplace Health Status - Oversee packaging inventory for relevant material classes. Responsible for quantities of needed supplies on hand
- Adhere to company policies, safety, and quality workmanship
- Responsible to the good working order of department's testing equipment

- Train listers on process, and validate the integrity of listings.
- Responsible for the accuracy of inventory data in inventory management system
- Manage pricing for inventory to balance price and sales volume. Ensure all items are sold profitability.
- Oversee and execute on retail logistics including but limited to pick, pack, and ship.
- Manage relationships with parcel companies to ensure best shipping pricing.
- Develop new e-commerce channels to further market goods.
- Develop marketing collateral to support e-commerce channels.
- Ensure all e-commerce accounts have high ratings, manage feedback, provide customer support.
