The role
As E-Commerce Manager, you will own Vale's DTC storefront and online shopping experience, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue across digital channels.
- Own Vale's storefront including merchandising, UX, and conversion rate optimization
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events
- Monitor site analytics and translate data into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with the Experience and Brand teams on customer journey optimization
- Manage the e-commerce tech stack and coordinate with Engineering on platform improvements
- Oversee day-to-day catalog management and content updates
- Report on DTC performance metrics and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 4+ years of DTC e-commerce management experience
- Deep proficiency with Shopify and experience with CRO methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, and Engineering

$90,000 – $115,000 per year
