E-commerce Operations Coordinator

GP Craft Inc. is hiring an E-commerce Operations Coordinator to handle daily e-commerce order fulfillment (~30 shipments/day) plus periodic FBA/FBT restocking. This role follows standardized SOPs provided by our China team — no need to design processes independently, just execute accurately and follow through.

Responsibilities:

• Pack, label, and ship daily e-commerce orders per SOP
• Execute periodic FBA/FBT restocking
• Accurately log shipping data and flag discrepancies
• Communicate clearly with the team to close the loop on tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Legal US work authorization required
• Stable W2 full-time work history (no 1099/freelance)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, able to follow SOPs independently
• Basic Excel/Google Workspace experience a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-min lunch break)

Compensation:

• $23/hr during probation, $25/hr after becoming permanent
• Opportunity for promotion to Warehouse Lead/Manager
